Biathlon at Raging Cow

Tim Hammond, Assistant Men's & Women's Swim and Dive Coach,Aquatic Director and Director of Intramurals at Grinnell College informs me that the inaugural Atlatl Biathlon... (at least as far as he and John Whittaker are aware) will be held at the Raging Cow this spring. As he is preparing to score the biathlon, he is asking atlatl competitors about their estimated (or certain) 5k run time. If they would be willing to share with him, he would greatly appreciate it.
